In 2014, I adopted a 100% vegan diet and I fell so deeply in love with the benefits and health improvements this diet has brought me, that I became a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition of New York.
My husband followed me in this path and together we created Danza de Fogones and Simple Vegan Blog to show others that it’s possible to have a hassle-free method for vegans on the go, with weekly plant-based diets that are balanced, healthy, and tasty. Saving time and money, while contributing to the environment.
But when I started (back in 2014), I was missing out on the basics and didn't have a structured guide telling me what to do and what not to do. Yes, there were many vegan blogs, but they were all mainly about the concept and not about the practical stuff.
So after years of trial and error, I’ve decided to do a free and online Masterclass in which I'll be speaking about how I managed to:
Save time whilst cooking, so I only have to spend about half an hour of my day cooking my meals.
Not spend a lot on food shopping, and still find ingredients that are high-quality and healthy.
Follow a healthy and balanced diet, so that I could contribute to the environment but also to my body.
